Amount saved by waiving title insurance on 150 point direct contract?

Has anyone waived title insurance lately on a 150 point direct contract that can give me an idea of what the savings was? My guide was not opposed to it, but said he doesnt do it very often and was guessing around $50-$60 in savings.

I waived 200 points title ins in California, im guessing that wont help here

I waived it recently on my 200 point Poly contract and I'm pretty sure it saved 150-200 dollars or so?

Thats a decent savings and closer to what I was thinking!

Right about $200 for Poly. Might depend on the total purchase price as I don't think it's a flat amount because it changed slightly from one incentive period to the next

I just looked at my CCV docs from 3 weeks ago. $147 for title insurance. Just remember that is per contract you do as well.
