I have a 7:30 ressie for Biergarten. Would we be done in time to catch Illuminations at 9?

depends on how fast you get seated, and since it is a buffet....how fast your group eats

At that time and since it's a buffet and since I've enjoyed it very much over the years, I would say yes. Just walk out, go across to the lagoon and you are fine.

Take note - you can get the remainders of your mega beers in To Go cups. Just simply ask your server and they will gladly give you some containers.
