Biergarten ADR time?

Do the shows at Biergarten start at certain times? I make my ADRs tomorrow and would like to request a time right before a show starts if that's possible.

Here is this week's schedule from Steve Soares' website. Steve updates the schedules every weekend:

Daily at 1:15, 2:15, 3:15, 4:45, 5:55, 7:00 & 8:05pm
Length of show: 25 minutes
Seating based on restaurant availabilty.
