Bibbiti Bobbiti - Our Boo gets a MAW Trip to meet the Princesses Feb 1-7

Coming by to say hi. I love all the Big Give pictures. Chelsea and Fuller are such cutie pies. I can't believe you are less than a month. :cool1::cool1:

I can hardly believe we are down to less then a month either...we are having such a great time with the big give. It has been such an amazing blessing. We are so fortunate and can't wait to use all the stuff on the trip! Thanks for stopping by!

We'll "talk" soon -- we don't have the itinerary yet for the dance competition, but as soon as I know what is what and when we'll be in touch -- we're looking forward to meeting you & your family!!

Sounds perfect...Krysten told me you would not know your schedule until a bit closer to the competition. We'll be in touch!

Love the personalized blankets!!!!! Very cool! :thumbsup2

They are so awesome. The kids are cuddled in them all the time.:)

such cute blankets and shirts ---- BTW I love SnowWhite too!

just love seeing their smiling faces!!

Isn't Snow White just the best...I love her:lovestruc It has done my heart much good to see all the excitement and joy with the Big Give building up to our trip. You all are angels on earth!

Your family is so cute!!

Love Fuller's Buzz socks!!! Is he bringing them on the trip?

Have you firmed up your ADR's and stuff?

So excited for you!!!!!!:cool1:
Thanks so much Wendy! I think we are set ADR's are set...if we make it to them will be another question:), I am starting to get stuff set aside to pack and make lists of what I will just get at Wal-Mart there. I can't believe we are already under a month until our trip, it is just so exciting.

Fuller loves the Buzz socks and I am pretty sure they will make the trip with us. Both of the kids love the character socks so Santa brought a few new pairs for the trip.

oh you are very welcome and I am glad you liked them all

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you again. The shirts are awesome and we can't wait to wear them on the trip. Our family appreciates your thoughtfulness so very much.

We arrived home to two more boxes on Saturday. The kids were really excited and Fuller suggested to Chelsea "Should we do a we got new boxes dance Bitty?"...so they did.

DSC05123-1.jpg

Then they got down to business...I think they have now resigned themselves to the fact that they have to humor me and take a picture with the box. They seem to have decided it is a small price to pay for the treasures inside.:)

DSC05126.jpg

We all worked together to get the box open. As I look at the picture it is a bit of a bad mama moment as I have open scissors right next to them.:scared1: Don't worry no one was hurt in the opening of the box.:)

DSC05129.jpg

Inside the box the kids quickly figured out there was a package for each of them. Check out how cute the packages are!

DSC05133.jpg

They tore in to the packages and were so excited to find the treasures inside.

DSC05140.jpg

What great treasures they were...Crayon Rolls, coloring books, the coolest pens my kids have ever seen, see and find book, and notebooks. Toy story for Fuller and Princess for Chelsea...Perfect.

DSC05140.jpg

Here are they are with all the great stuff for the airplane...so awesome!

DSC05144.jpg

DSC05149.jpg

While I did explain to the kids that we were going to take the things on the plane so we would set them aside after looking them over I later found Chelsea practicing her "writing"...she told me she was "writing a Thanks".

DSC05180.jpg

Thank you so very much Glenda (Dis: gcast1). In the card you enclosed you wrote "Thanks for letting your friends on the Disboards be a part of the fun" It really brought a huge smile to my face because I feel like I can't say thank you enough for everything that has been done for our family so it makes me happy to know it is so fun for you too. The kids LOVED everything and Chelsea is already planning to take her Crayon Roll (I am not sure that is the right term but I bet you know what I mean;)) in the share bag to show her friends at school on Wednesday. The kids just adore EVERYTHING and thank you for all the thoughtfulness that went into the package you sent!:yay::yay:

Coming soon...I will post the second box from Saturday for now off to sleep.

The pic of them showing you the box is hilarious! Looks like they got some awesome gifts, those big givers are unbelievable!

You can FEEL the excitement on all of your faces :goodvibes by looking at the photos! THANK YOU :) for sharing them with us, pictures really DO tell the story! I am so excited for all of you!

So cute! love seeing the "Dance" and their smiling, happy faces!

Congrats on the Big Give! They are just adorable!

Brenna said (when looking at Chelsea's picture), "That's me!" :) She had princess things and she's a girl, so I guess it must be her, even though Brenna has brown hair! ;)

Your kids are absolutely adorable. Congrats on getting picked for the Big Give. I love reading your ptr and can't wait to read more.

The second box that arrived on Saturday was addressed to Christopher and I so the kids thought it would be best if they took a shot of us with the box. This is the best picture I think they have ever taken...look at us all focused and in the actual picture. :) They were excited it turned out.

DSC05153.jpg

The kids and I read the super nice note that came with the package. The top of the note had a picture of Mickey and the gang so the kids were extra interested in what it said.

DSC05154.jpg

Christopher opened his first and was so happy to see the toiletries bag...we had just been talking about the fact that he needed to get something as his other one ripped on our last trip and did not make it home with us.

DSC05159.jpg

Fuller was pretty excited to join in when he saw his name on a package in the bag.

DSC05161.jpg

He was super excited to find a Toy Story toothbrush for him. He was ready to go brush his teeth right then but posed for a quick picture first.

DSC05164.jpg

Next I opened my package...Chelsea having seen Fullers find in Papa's bag was pretty interested to help me out with mine. I am sure it has nothing to do with the fact she hoped there would be a toothbrush for her in mama's bag.

DSC05169.jpg

She was pretty happy to open her's and find it to be pink and princessey princess:(pretty sure that is a made up word but I am sticking with it) as can be. She also humored me with a quick picture before some mid day toothbrushing started.

DSC05174.jpg

As I was putting this post together I realized that we did not get a really good picture of us with the bags so I took one of the bags and the goodies in them. The bags are just perfect and honestly I did not even realize someone could make something like that...they are so cool!

DSC05186.jpg

Thank you so much Cheryl (Dis: aboveH20) for the lovely note and awesome toiletries bags for Christopher and I. We are excited to get them packed up for our trip. They are so great.:worship::worship: Like I said we had just been discussing that we would need to get one for Christopher so the timing was perfect. The kids loved their special treat too. We have a great dentist who gives the kids a few extra toothbrushes at each visit so they rarely get character toothbrushes...this was a big treat and they can't wait to take them on the trip. Thank you,Thank you, Thank you for your thoughtfulness!:thanks:

Big thanks again to all who participate in the Big Give's. We have had so much fun opening all these packages and are so thankful for everyone's thoughtfulness...it is VERY appreciated!

The pic of them showing you the box is hilarious! Looks like they got some awesome gifts, those big givers are unbelievable!

Unbelievable is a great word to use...the generosity, love, care and thoughtfulness that comes with every package is amazing. I thought the holding the box picture this time was pretty funny too!

You can FEEL the excitement on all of your faces :goodvibes by looking at the photos! THANK YOU :) for sharing them with us, pictures really DO tell the story! I am so excited for all of you!

Thanks so much. The excitement is really building around here...maybe even more for the adults then the kids!:) We started out MAW process a bit over a year ago so to be so close now seems a bit dreamy. I hope that with all you have going on you all will soon be able to set some dates and they will be here before you know it.

So cute! love seeing the "Dance" and their smiling, happy faces!

Thanks so much! F and C totally fancy themselves as dancers around here and just could not believe there were more boxes so of coarse a dance was in order.

Congrats on the Big Give! They are just adorable!

Brenna said (when looking at Chelsea's picture), "That's me!" :) She had princess things and she's a girl, so I guess it must be her, even though Brenna has brown hair! ;)

Thanks! Brianna sounds so much like my Chelsea. When we look at others PTR's or TR's she is constantly asking if that is her in the pictures...it does not matter what color their hair is.:rotfl: I loved following Emily's PTR and your daily reports from the trip on the Blog. You have an amazing family!

Your kids are absolutely adorable. Congrats on getting picked for the Big Give. I love reading your ptr and can't wait to read more.

Thanks so much for reading...isn't the Big Give just the most amazing experience!?!

Thanks for posting such great pictures! And you were correct - crayon roll is the "proper" name. For me, putting together these big give packages is like spoiling your grandkids without getting dirty looks from your kids (their parents).:rolleyes1 Everybody wins! Hope you have the best trip ever!!!

Hi :wave2: Just joining in. Your plans look great. And the kids are just too adorable!:thumbsup2 Love the Big Give photos. And Fuller truely is a great big brother as you mention in your siggie. :)

What great BIG GIVES!! I love seeing their excitement in your pictures. I am also so impressed by the skills of the disboutiquers! Can't wait to see what comes next!!

That Fuller has the biggest grin!! How CUTE is he!!! Chelsea looked pretty excited too!! What fun!!:thumbsup2

I'm glad to hear they are enjoying the blankets. My DD loves to cuddle with blankets too. We both enjoyed seeing pictures of your kids with their new blankets. I hope you have a wonderful trip!

Thank you, Thank you and Thank you again. They love the blankets so much. Chelsea had Pajama day at school today and could bring a blanket with her and she reminded me about 20 times that she was going to bring her Jessie blanket.:) We appreciate you thoughtfulness so very much! :thanks:

A new package arrived on Monday and Chelsea excitedly said "get your camera mama and let's open it!" I explained to her that we had to wait until the whole family was home to which she looked at me and said "is this going to become a habbit of us having to wait to open boxes mama because I don't know if it should?"...love kids and the way they think!:rotfl:

So dinner was finally over and it was time to take the box shot!

DSC05194.jpg

I helped them pull the tab and get it open. They quickly decided the pink package was for Chelsea and the Green package was for Fuller.

DSC05195.jpg

Each package had the sweetest artwork done by Maddie which now hangs in their rooms. They thought it was so cool and were busy checking it out. Fuller immediately noticed the F on his picture and then Chelsea found the C on her picture. Maddie is a good little artist...you'll have to trust me as I guess I did not get a close up of the adorable pictures she made.

DSC05198.jpg

Finally the big tear into the package moment they had been waiting for all afternoon.

DSC05199.jpg

Sheer joy and squeals filled out house as the kids opened the packages. Inside they each had the cutest, coolest, neatest, funest, for Chelsea twirliest and for Fuller the hansomest Scooby Doo clothes ever made. They immediately put them on and wanted their pictures taken in every way possible. A hug picture (did not come out perfect but I adore the love in the picture). They were super happy when they noticed how their outfits matched each other.

DSC05201.jpg

Then Fuller doing a bit of a Cowabunga Dude since the last Scooby we watched was a movie where they were Scooby and the gang were in Hawaii. He loves button up shirts like this one and was so excited when he put it on.

DSC05209.jpg

Then Chelsea decided to do her ballet class curtsey because "Mama I have on a twirly dress!"

DSC05204.jpg

Lots of dancing then took place around the house...here is one of Chelsea and her prince Fuller.

DSC05225.jpg

The dancing turned into Chelsea basically twirling all over the house until bedtime. It was a bit hard to catch her face but I just love the action of these pictures and then I finally caught her facing me.

DSC05211.jpg

Both of the kids wanted to sleep in their outfits so they would have them on in the morning when they woke up. I explained we will put them in the box I set up with things we need to pack and then wear them on our trip. Fuller then wanted to clarify something with me "Mama when we get home we can wear them as much as we want right?" Think he might be a little bit excited!?!:yay::yay:

Thank you, thank you, thank you so very much Jamie, Abbie, Gray and Maddie for the amazing outfits...they are SO VERY CUTE! Scooby loving Fuller and Chelsea just LOVE  the clothes and can't wait to wear them on our trip and anytime they want to after! Everything fits so great too...such amazing sewing! :worship::worship: Special thanks to Maddie for her artwork too. The kids thought it was so special that she made pictures for them. Thank you again for your amazing thoughtfulness!

Wow...this Big Give adventure is so amazingly humbling and wonderful. The thoughtfulness from all involved has really made a huge impact on our family. My husband just commented to me last night that he felt the overall mood in our house is pretty amazing and that Monday, Chelsea's diagnosis anniversary did not even seem like that big of a deal...pretty awesome is the power of the Big Give for our family. Thanks for sending so much love our way we so appreciate it!:grouphug:

Thank you, thank you, thank you again so very much! The crayon roll went with Chelsea to school today in her share bag and she told me all her friends loved it. They are pretty excited to take all the new stuff on the airplane...not too long now. Thanks again for your thoughtfulness!:flower3:

Hi :wave2: Just joining in. Your plans look great. And the kids are just too adorable!:thumbsup2 Love the Big Give photos. And Fuller truely is a great big brother as you mention in your siggie. :)

Thanks! The Big Give has been so amazing...I just hope the pictures give even a glimpse to all involved as to the fun and joy they have so graciously given our family.

Fuller really is an amazing brother. I am so glad Chelsea has someone who loves her, watches out for her and is really a great friend to her. I love the relationship they have with each other. I was an only child which was fine but seeing them just fills my heart...so much love.

What great BIG GIVES!! I love seeing their excitement in your pictures. I am also so impressed by the skills of the disboutiquers! Can't wait to see what comes next!!

The Disboutiquers are amazing as is the Big Give experience. Thanks for stopping by and I promise to keep everyone posted with the treasures that arrive!

That Fuller has the biggest grin!! How CUTE is he!!! Chelsea looked pretty excited too!! What fun!!:thumbsup2

What fun is right...such an amazing experience we are so lucky to be a part of. The kids are so excited. I think they are more excited then they were at Christmas whenever a box arrives these days.:woohoo:

Maddie was so excited to see Fuller and Chelsea wearing their Scooby Doo clothes. I think Chelsea must be a lot like Maddie. The first thing she has to try out when wearing a new outfit is the "twirl factor." :cutie:

Your pictures are awesome. So glad that the BIG GIVE gave you a break from the stresses that come with the diagnosis anniversary! Can't wait to see more....
