Check out the waltdisneyworld.com website. If you click on the downtown Disney link there is some information under the stores section.

thanks... i did see the link for the World of Disney store. it describes what is there, but i was just wondering how much they cost, etc.

anyone know?

thanks!

I found this info by clicking on the link at the bottom of the DIS home page:
Prices start at $35.00 for hair and make-up, $45.00 for hair, make-up, and nails, and a whopping $175 for all of the above plus princess duds. Sounds like fun! Not sure
DD 13 will want to do it, though. Sigh......why do they have to grow up????

I just booked an appt. for my DD6 for our early August trip. She loves getting her hair, makeup, and nails done, so I booked the $45 crown package. I wasn't sure whether or not to get the Castle package (major $$, you know!), but Grandma might be pitching in on this one. I asked the CM who helped me if I could later upgrade from the Crown. She told me that when you book the Crown or the Castle packages, they block off 2 appt. times for you, so I could upgrade later. The Coach package only takes 1 time slot, so they would have to cancel my appointment and reschedule IF there was something available. Also, they will need DD's dress & shoe sizes as well as which princess she wants to dress up as. With my DD, all of that can (and will) change several times between now and August!

Hope this is helpful!

I hope to hear some good things about this soon. My DD7 and I are doing a girls only trip Sept 30 thru Oct 8 and I would like to surprise her with the big package on the day we go to MNSSHP. Luckily I already know her favorite princess (Ariel). I can't wait to see her face!! princess:

This is our big splurge on this trip. For $175 I hope its worth it.

I heard that you can book 180 days out, I am going to try because I can't be the only one with the idea of getting dressed up and going to the Halloween party!

I have a DD 13 too and I think she might decide to do the diva style where they put the colored extentions in. Maybe your DD would want to do that :confused3 I've also read that there is no age limit, that moms can do it too. I thought my girls might get a kick out of seeing mom with colored streaks and glitter :cool1:
