I have a group of four girls booked for BBB on December 6. I got three reservations at 12:35, and one for 1:00. Obviously I would like them to go together - or at least in pairs. Is there any way to make this happen?

Call BBB back and ask if any of your scenarios will fit their schedule? Ask them to flag your account for a cancellation in your preferred time frames? Speaking with a manager is a good place to start. If staying CL pass the problem over to Signature Services. They are pretty good at problem solving.

Check for a reservation at a different beauty parlor? Ivy Trellis @ GF offers princess looks as well.

Take the one with the 1/2 hour wait window shopping for a bit if the girls are age appropriate?

The only number I see is the one you probably called: (407) 939-7895 . Maybe someone else here knows a different #?

You are going to have to "politely push" to get through to a supervisor/manager in all likelihood which could take some time but if the outcome is what you want it's all worthwhile.
