My best friend literally just called me and asked my if I was online and to look up the "Beyonce Lemon Detox". Apparently, all you do is drink a mixture of water (warm or cold) mixed with fresh squeezed lemon (to detoxify), cayenne pepper (to start up the metabolism) and organic maple syrup (for calories)... but you drink it all day for a week! 
Anyways, she asked me if I had ever done it (Um... no...
), but I told her I knew some people who might know more about it (That's YOU!)Anyone ever tried this (and might I add, actually stuck with it???
)


Me! I did the Cabbage soup one...all it did was give me Gas!
This "cleanse" doesn't sound too safe for me, I would have to be on it FOREVER in order to lose about 40 pounds!
