Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2 Coupon Challenge

I got the email from DMR regarding the $10 coupon for BHC 2 so I thought great my GD went gaga over the preview. But, in order to get the coupon you need to enter the code from the original movie. No problem I already did back in 2009 when it first came out. I thought the offer would show under my already entered code. No, not there. OK maybe they just want me to re-enter the code for coupon only and will not give me any points as I already have them. No, that did not work either. How do they expect us to get to the coupon, go out and buy another original????

Needless to say I sent a inquiry under the DMR - contact us. I sent my first inquiry about a week ago. No response, so I resent it again mentioning that I did not hear from them yet. Anyone else having trouble getting this coupon??

Try using the UPC code off the movie (the number underneath the bar code on the back of the movie). That is the "code" they are usually referring to when it comes to getting coupons for new movies.

Duh,, I tried to enter the DMR code. My bad. What would I do without you all. They even showed me a picture where the code was. I sometimes wonder what I am going to be like in another 10 years.
