Beverage refills on DDP??

Refill are most certainly included on table service meals...I do not think they do it as a standard at most counter service meals but I found that if you just ask nicely they will usually give you a refill free of charge

Refills are included for sodas and tea, but not milk shakes and smoothies (except the bottomless shakes at Whispering Canyon ).
