Better to take ME or Town Car?

We are arriving on 12/25 at 5pm. I am debating whether to take a town car or ME (staying at YC). Last time at WDW-2009, we stayed at CBR and took ME, arriving late (10pm or later...can't remember exactly). Since it is Xmas, I am wondering if it will be really crowded and therefore many stops, so maybe we should just go with a town car, which is about $70 one-way (plus tip). :confused3. Thoughts?

Magical Express.

It doesn't have that many stops and everyone gets a seat. And there is no charge.

There won't be any more stops due to it being a holiday. So, you will most likely have 3 stops total. If you arrive, ontime, at 5pm, you should be at YC by 6:15ish. If you take a car service, you will be there around 6. You will have to go to baggage claim and get your bags (15/20 mins), then walk to the car, and off to YC (about 30 mins)..so you need to figure on about an hour. Not sure I would pay $60+ to get to my resort 15 mins sooner.

If you take a towncar you won't get to see the out dated ME video! Which I really enjoy even if it needs some updates.

I was going to take ME, but ii am staying at FW and found out that some town car services will stop for groceries so I am going that route in the long run it will ensure I get the stuff I want. Either way have fun!

I like taking a car service in... if for no other reason than for the grocery/liquor store stop that WE KNOW saves a ton of money once we're at the resort.

Taking a town car to get groceries wouldn't work in OP's case. She is arriving on Christmas Day. No grocery stores are open that day.

OP, I'd go with ME. Honestly, I don't think 12/25 would be a major travel day for Disney.

I would still take DME and have the groceries and liquor delivered - it would save money and time.

I'd go with DME for the reasons listed by PP. Your premise is wrong. Crowded flights, not sure if Christmas Day will be crowded, means there isn't any reason to combine guests from many resorts into a bus. If anything I'd expect fewer stops. I'd expect the buses will be dispatched faster.
