better to offer points or 2 bedroom booked?

We may be canc our Easter trip. We have a bedroom at BW for 5 nights wed the 23 of March , checking out Mon March 28. Is it better to canc and offer points or offer the 2 bedroom? It seems $10 per point is the going price is that right? This was 362 points. I'd appeciate any help. Some of these points were borrowed so I can't bank them, but may bank those I can leaving 186 to rent that must be used before the end of May.

Do you think you would want to use the remaining points that you can bank? I assume you have a June use year, you would have until Nov 30 to bank 100% of your total points. After that, it would be 50%.

I think it might be hard to rent a 362 point 5 night reservation. At $10 per point, that's $724 per night. You've got 2 weekend nights in there, which aren't economical to rent. You could put it up and see what happens but I wouldn't wait too long. If they have to be used by the end of May, I would see if someone wants to rent them for other dates.
