Better to book on phone or on-line?

Which is better? Do it matter? Does one way end up being cheaper? I'll be booking a room and tickets. Thanks!

It will be the same price either way. Unless you use Expedia, Travelocity and find other rooms.

When booking online, you won't get any help with rates. You pay for what you select. When you talk to a customer service representative, they may be able to assist you in finding something that's cheaper. Alot of us on here got a code just from talking to a rep. about room choices. That wouldn't of happened had they booked online. Just something to think about.

I also think that there are more penalties involved for cancelling when booked online. Also I originally had a value resort and when I called to upgrade to a mod the price the CM gave me was a couple of hundred cheaper than the price I was quoted on WDW resort's website. I don't know why but it was cheaper. So I think it is better to book over the phone.
