Better route from MCO to Wyndham Bonnet Creek

Hi. For our upcoming trip in August, we are arriving at MCO at 6 pm on a Sunday. We wanted to take 528 instead of 417 because we want to make grocery stops at Trader Joe's and Publix at Regency Village. How is the traffic around I-4 after 6 pm on a Sunday?

I-4 from 528 to WDW after 6pm on a Sunday shouldn't be a problem.
