Day 2 (10/11):
All of us arrived at AK at 8:15am (EE day). It was a miserable drizzly morning, but we were excited & didn't care. Jay ran & got FP's for the safari & we all walked through the trails until the time came up. After the safari we ran to Donald's Breakfastosaurus, which we all enjoyed (the food was OUTSTANDING, the characters were definitely rushed, even with the late PS at 10:20). Definitely something we would do again. We saw Mickey, Goofy, Pluto & Donald. We realized as we were eating that we never got our pictures taken as we came into the breakfast, so we asked someone and were able to get them taken afterwards.
We moved on to Triceratop Spin (I think that's what it's called) and then Dinosaur (which is very scary IMHO) and then the rain came DOWN! The sky opened up & let it fall! Poor Emilie had just paid to get her face painted (with her own hard-earned money) and the rain washed it away!!! We made a dash for the bus, along with everyone else in the park that day.
We ordered some pizza & met up with some family that live in the Orlando area at DTD for dinner. Went to the Rain Forest Cafe, which was fun & good food.
Tommorow we're headed for Typhoon Lagoon & MNSSHP!!!
