Never had CS from either Captain Cooks or Roaring Forks. Which is the better option for a easy dinner one nite? Are there enough tables are each?
FYI- Have 2 year old to consider. Thanks for any input.

I prefer Captain Cook's over Roaring Forks. I think CC has more variety and their sandwiches and flatbreads are good. Plus they have a Dole Whip machine we utilized a LOT in July!!! :goodvibes

I prefer Roaring Forks. Last trip we ate there three times. Their sandwiches are very good (and healthy!) the flatbread is good, and their grill items are good and cooked to order. There is a seperate room with seating, right across the hall, and I've never seen it full. There are also a few tables outside.

Captain Cooks is a better option for breakfast, especially if you like Tonga Toast. There is seating there as well, but I found that it was crowded and not very well maintained (tables wre sticky, trash all over) The only plus to me is the Dole Whip machine, if it's working (wasn't when we were there in May)

Roaring Forks has a little more seating than Captain Cooks, but I think they are both about equal as far as food choices ;).

LOVE Captain Cooks! We like to have dinner there before watching Wishes & EWP from the Poly & the Dole Whip machine is a nice bonus!:goodvibes

We ate at both and they are both pretty blech

Captain Cook's is very good.

We were not impressed with Roaring Forks.

I would do whichever is most convenient. I don't think either one is worth a special trip (except for those Dole whips), and in most instances, the Poly is more convenient than WL.

We have been to both and hands down prefer Captain Cooks. Its one of our favorite CS restaurants. (Wolfgang Pucks Express is our #1) Love the Adult Grilled Cheese and Burgers and Pulled Pork Sandwich are all really good, but duh....they have Dole Whips!!!!!

Breakfast at CC is also very good. The waffles and scrambled eggs are really good....but they also have Tonga Toast!

Roaring Forks IMHO, is just OK. Average fare, but they do have some decent sandwiches.:)
