Well, first, I'm sorry you gained. But I'm SO proud of you for not letting it get you down. You sat down & figured out what probably caused the gain...and you're taking charge!
Definitely make sure you eat enough. WW gives you the exercise points for a reason - because your body needs more fuel.
Maybe you could at least have a protein bar for lunch, if you can't leave your work area?
You need something to keep your body burning.
As far as the workouts...you're kickin' butt.
Mixing it up can only help, can't hurt. Take care and have a GREAT week, girl.

I resisted the elephant ears and funnel cakes. I've dsone some core work, and I will take the dog for a long walk after getting DD to bed EARLY.

). That's just NUTS that someone would dump their kid on someone at that hour of the day. But I bet your DD was excited to see her. Way to go not letting one day of binging control your whole weekend.
