I'm so undecided about where to eat our one TS meal when we are in Epcot, that I thought I'd come to the experts! What place do you get the best meal for your "money" while on the DDP (ie best entree and dessert choices)??

LeCellier is great if you can get in.....I also like the San Angel Inn (although this is controversial:) )

I've heard nothing but great things about Le Cellier... definitely going to try it out next time we go.
Would have liked San Angel Inn better if the service hadn't been so bad...

Another vote for Le Cellier. We really enjoyed it last year and I have made an ADR for this summer.:thumbsup2

Wow..looks like Le Cellier just might win! I've been there for lunch once...years and years ago. I'm a Biergarten fan, so it's hard not to do the same ol' every time. BUT if you are on the DDP then why not splurge?!

Le Cellier but Coral Reef is close and isn't considered World Showcase.

yes, yes, the impossible, much-touted Le Cellier, it's true, but... Tutto Italia has been a great favorite of ours - the most upscale in WS that we've enjoyed so far! Catch it before it closes!

A little redundant but...LeCellier.

However we had trouble getting a ressie there this June for dinner (we never in the past had trouble but apparently everyone wants to get their $$$ for the plan). We decided to go for a really eaarly 11:30 am lunch and try Tutto Italia as well much later in the evening. Now here is to hoping we are not too stuffed with the dxddp to enjoy it lol!

tutto italia (only opened late last year, so not as many have tried it).

excellent food & atmosphere:thumbsup2

My first choice would be LeCellier. We have never been to Totto italia, but the menu did not seem to interest us. We used tlo enjoy the old restaurant in Italy, but can't remembber the name.:confused3

it was alfredo's, which was IMHO, good but not great (better than MM tho). certainly no where near the caliber of Tutto Italia.
imho, TI is closer to fine dining than other restaurants in WS, with expertly prepared, "authenic" meals (less like a generic "chain" italian restaurant), in a more refined atmosphere with professional waitstaff.

our second fave would be coral reef for its "fun" atmosphere, very good waitstaff, & the chocolate wave :cloud9: .

hth:)

I was going to wait til I had my ressie in place, but now I'm thinking of getting my ADRs in for Le Cellier like...NOW!

I am clearly in the minority but I wasn't thrilled about Le Cellier. My steak was just ok. With all of the support from the DIS board, I guess I was expecting angel nectar. :lmao:

The service was impeccable at Tutto Italia. Really fantastic! Coral Reef is very good as well - for food and ambience.

My vote is for Chefs de France - stay away, stay far away, stay very far away from San Angels restaurant!
