Best World Showcase restaurant for dinner

for combination of food and ambiance?

Prefer full service (non-buffet) that is 1 TS on the DDP (and slightly prefer European-inspired over Asian-inspired).

It doesn't need to have a great view of Illuminations.

I haven't been to Epcot since high school, but I remember even as a teenager how much I enjoyed the romantic, full-of-Disney-magic feel of the World Showcase after dusk. I'd like to eat somewhere that really captures this (in addition to providing a good meal).

It's not on the dining plan, but I like Bistro de Paris the most. I suppose I would pick one of the restaurants in the Mexico pavilion if limited by the dining plan.

Have to agree with River Country. On the DDP if you are wanting a European inspired mean, non buffet, then your choices would be Tutto Italia or Les Chefs de France. Or you might like the more informal Rose and Crown.

(Tutto's upcoming renovation aside), which would you pick?

For just food alone?

For just ambiance alone?

Does it depend mostly on whether you prefer French or Italian-inspired cuisine? (I tend to sligthly favor Italian over French but I'd rather have good French than mediocre Italian).
