Best Womens Swimsuits?

My least favorite time of the year - I need to find a swimsuit that fits, is comfortable and covers those problem areas. I am not a plus size but I still need some coverage and control in a swimsuit. Does anyone have any suggestions??

I second Lands' End. I LOVE THEIR SUITS!!!! I own several. Great support and coverage without feeling like I am wearing a tent.

Me, too. If you sign up for their e-mails, you can also get special offers (like free shipping when it's not on the public site). You can also become their fan on Facebook for notification. I just ordered two tankini tops and love them both. They fit well and have great support.

I also have a one piece I ordered last year at end of year on sale. It's a control suit and was almost half price from the original.

Definitely worth the price.

Another vote for Land's End! They're such good quality and have good coverage.

Try going to your local Sears store - most carry Land's End clothing. Some Sears stores even have a really big "Land's End Shop" with tons of stuff (there's one about 30 minutes from my house that carries about three times the selection of Land's End stuff than my local Sears store. totally worth it to drive the extra 15 minutes to have such a huge selection.).

You might also try Costco - they sometimes carry women's swimsuits at great prices (about $20). They're good brands like Jantzen and Speedo. They don't carry them all the time, but sometimes you can get lucky!

Not sure if you wear tankinis. I am going to try a brand called Hapari. They have gotten amazing reviews from moms and have good prices. I am getting two before I leave.

You can plug in all sorts of measurements and get a really good fit. Try the tankini if you're upper and lower parts are not exactly the same size I've done well with them for years. Also, their one piece "Long Torso" suits are a great fit.

I'm plus size and got mine from Avenue, but they start at a size 14. It fits great and looks awesome on me, which I've never had before

I am a huge fan of Torrid and of Pinupgirlclothing.com These suits are a bit priceier but they are comfortable and sexy for plus size girls or regular sized girls who need coverage and lift. They hide and nip in all the right places.

land's end is great, but can get pricey. if you just want a simple 1 piece flattering suit that you can actually swim in, try Dick's Sporting Goods, or any other sporting goods stores.

btw ... nothing i hate more than feeling like i have to re-adjust everything after i get out of the water ... or worying about falling out when i bend over

I only buy my swimsuits from Lands End! They are awesome. Fit great, wash well, no fading issues. My daughters are always from there as well.
