Best Western Raffles is located down the street from the Disneyland Resort. The ART (Anaheim Resort Transportation) shuttle has a stop right in front of this hotel. The rooms are pretty decent. The hotel also offers a simple continental breakfast. Hotel also includes a fitness room, guest laundry, heated pool, and jacuzzi.

Rooms include: Refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea maker, hairdryer, full-size iron and ironing board, 27-inch television with cable, on-demand pay-per-view movies and Nintendo 64. All suites come with two 27-inch televisions.

I would recommend this hotel for large families or families on a budget. They have regular suites, queen suites, family suites, and kid suites.

Thank you so much for this post! I have shortlisted my hotel choices and this one is in the list. Seeing pictures that are not expressly for their advertising materials really helps. How far from Disneyland is it? Could you walk rather than take the shuttle?

thanks for the pictures this is the hotel we are staying at and its nice to see what the rooms will be plus we could show are kids . we cant wait tell april !!!! :cool1:

The hotel is two blocks down from DLR, but they are two long blocks. In one of the pics, Radisson is in the background - that is on the corner of Harbor & Katella. You still need to walk a loooonnnng city block to get to the crosswalk that will take you to the parks' entrances.

I would recommend using the ART, especially after a long day at the parks, and especially if you have little ones.

So would you recommend the Best Western Park Place for closer proximity?

I have stayed at raffles before. It was one of the only hotels we could find that offered a suite for 6 of us at a price within our budget. There were 5 of us (me& four friends) plus my mom. Becuase we were all under 18 it was hard finding a hotel that would let us have our own room without an adult in each of them. I was overall very satisfied with the stay. The rooms were average..clean but nothing too special. We had a a two room two bathroom suite so it was pretty nice. The continental breakfast was nothing fancy ..not too too healthy either but something =]. The only thing I absolutely didn't like.. was the walk! I know there is transportation available but we liked to stay until closing and then check out mainstreet after ...we always missed the last bus!!!

Considering you responded to a thread that is more than six years old, I'll answer since I'm not sure the original poster is still around ;)

Best Western Park Place Inn is literally across the street Disneyland. It is located right at the crosswalk that takes you into the bus entrance. I haven't stayed there yet, but I'm booked there next month and am very much looking forward to the location!

Cool..we ended up booking at the Anaheim Dessert Inn Suites which is next door to IHOP from what I can tell. I don't hear ANYBODY talking about it so I'm sorta nervous but...we needed a room for 6 people and they fit the bill cheaply. I will report!

We are booked for the BW Raffles. How bad is the walk? I was told that its not far from the Topy Story lot. Any idea what time is the last bus to that lot may be?
