Best Western PPI or Fairfield Inn

OK, I have BWPPI booked already, but after ready some reviews I am thinking the FFI may be better for us. How much further is the walk from FFI vs BWPPI? My DH travels for work and primarily uses Marriott properties, so we could get rewards point at FFI. I realize they don't offer breakfast at FFI, but there is a McD's in the parking lot.
Any pros vs cons you can add?

I don't have any help for you but can say that the reviews for the properties are making me crazy! I'll be interested in what people say on here.

Looking at google maps, it seems the walk will be farther from Fairfield Inn, but not too much more, I'd guess about 600 ft more. I like staying at the FFI because I stay at Marriott for work and I get the points. They don't have a free breakfast, but they do serve one on the 3rd floor (I've never tried it as I go straight to the park when I wake up).

I believe that McDonald's is in the parking lot of Fairfield Inn also.
