Best Western LBV or POP??? Can't decide?

If you have already been to POP what about All Star? I like staying on site and during the value season you can get some really good deals. But if the choice is only between Best Western and POP, I would say POP! I have never stayed there but my daughters just got back from staying there and they really liked it. 
BW in DTD has huge rooms compared to POP, interior corridors, walking distance to the Crossroads and DTD. It is not in the WDW bus system but does have access to the DTD Hotels bus which runs less frequently.
The pool at the BW is really small and lacking any theming.
