Looks like rain is arriving with the Holiday Season and lasting for a few days at least. I am wondering what locals use as the best weather predictor for Disneyland.
Nov 13-17.What days are you looking at?
I agree. Accuweather is good.I can't speak for anyone else, but I like Accuweather. The problem is that weather can be fickle this time of year. A couple days ago it was predicted to be in the high 80s on Saturday. Today it looks like the heat was pushed back a couple of days. Right now Accuweather predicts "cloudy with a little rain in the afternoon" on Friday Nov 14. Saturday Nov 15 is "thick cloud cover." Sunday Nov 16 is "Brilliant sunshine" and Monday Nov 17 is "Cloudy; a little morning rain followed by a shower in spots in the afternoon." I would wait until a couple of days before your trip and see if the prediction has changed.
As far as what to pack - bring layers. You'll probably wear tshirts during the day and sweatshirts in the evening. If you plan on buying clothing as souvenirs, take that into account.
Right now ventusky shows rain on Nov. 14 from 4pm to Midnight about an 1 inch. Ventusky uses all the worldwide weather models not just the USA GFS model.very helpful. Thank you @LKing @joseph821 .
That is so true! I'll tell my DH something about our weather (particularly in winter when a storm is forecast) and he just says, "where'd you see that?" "On my phone" ..."get a real app..." he laughs.I use Accuweather because the built in weather app for iPhone is so wrong most of the time (for my area at least). Weatherbug is also pretty good.
Check the AccuWeather forecast from ABC7 Los AngelesLooks like rain is arriving with the Holiday Season and lasting for a few days at least. I am wondering what locals use as the best weather predictor for Disneyland.
And just like that, Accuweather predictions have changed. They will likely change again before next weekend.I can't speak for anyone else, but I like Accuweather. Thanks for the update, LKing! That looks pretty good but I wonder exactly how much it will rain in the afternoon. I don't mind a little, but if it's going on for hours that would stink. If only Madame Leota had a crystal ball for the weather.Prediction on 11/9/25 - Looks like it is cooling down which will be nice. It sounds like it will be humid as the "real feel" is warmer than the predicted temp.
Friday Nov 14 - Clouds giving way to some sun and cool; periods of rain early in the morning, then a brief shower or two in the afternoon. High of 71
Saturday Nov 15 - Plenty of sun with a high of 69
Sunday Nov 16 - Rather cloudy with a high of 71
Monday Nov 17 - Cloudy; a morning shower in spots, then afternoon rain with a high of 70
I think we would see wording along the lines of "periods of heavy rain" vs "a brief shower or two." I would watch the "afternoon rain" on Monday 11/17 to see if that amounts to something more or if it dissipates. Thanks for the update, LKing!
