Best way to pay for plan?

Does anyone know of the best way to get a fair trade on the Cdn dollar. ie I know if I pay with my credit card they charge a few cents more on the exchange...that few cents can make a difference of hundreds of dollars. How do the rest of you pay when you deal directly with Disneyworld Travel. Is there a trick I don't know about? Just wondering...

I send my deposit in the mail and pay all balances in Disney when I arrive. Of course you do have to use a CC for a few things like airfare and car rental but I try to avoid using mine as much as possible.

I paid for mine by sending money orders. Sending so much every month made paying for the trip more manageable and then I didn't have to worry about it sitting on my credit card collecting interest.
