Best way to maximize fast passes at MK?

Our next trip is this November and we haven't been since the new castle opening show. We have 3 days planned at MK so not trying to hit everything on day 1, but we do want to do these attractions below. In what order would you do them? We will arrive at rope drop. It's a 9 am non EMH opening and we will leave at 6 for a 1900 park fare dinner. Quick service lunch, not sure where yet. Right now I'm thinking we rope drop Peter Pan, do a few fantasyland rides and the speedway before using our first fast pass for space Mountain at 10. Second fastpass would be for big thunder and 3rd for splash after lunch and before parade (which is at 2).

How would you hit these attractions? Does it make more sense to make FPs in the am so you can add more later throughout the day? I have a general plan but would love some input!

I think you are right to rope drop PP (unless you want to ride 7DMT? It's not on your list, but if you wanted to add it, I'd do 7DMT and then PP). Also, I believe that Splash will be closed in November. I'd do rides in this order:

PP
IASW
Dumbo
LM
Speedway (or maybe switch Speedway and LM - you'd backtrack a little bit, but Speedway lines sometimes get longer faster than LM's lines)
Space FP 10-11 (planning to hit it closer to 11)
BTMRR FP 11-12
Jungle Cruise FP 12-1
Pirates (try to get 4th FP as soon as you tap into JC - you don't have to wait until the ride is over)
HM (try to get 5th FP)
Parade 2:00

Pirates, HM and the Parade order might switch some depending on how long it takes you to get place to place, but with the FP one-hour windows, you should be fine however you end up shuffling the order.

Thanks!! This plan is for 11/27 and splash is supposed to reopen mid-November, fingers crossed!! We'll probably do 7DMT another MK day. My kids like it but don't love it, so I think it's a better day 2 or 3 FP....

I would rope drop everything but Fantasyland, because the herd heads for FL. Wait times in every other land should be short for the first couple of hours. Have Fantasyland FPs waiting for you in late morning/early aft., then start booking your 4th, 5th, etc. fast passes.
