Since their are no Magicbands at DL, what do you find is the best way to keep your ticket handy for fastpass/parkhopping purposes? Lanyard?

I used to keep them in a DL lanyard, but the clip-on attachment that you can purchase that's meant to hold tickets & FP's had a habit of falling off and we almost lost all of our tickets once because of it. So after that, I started keeping them in my wallet and they never went on a field trip after that.

Yes, there is a well known issue with those lanyards designed to hold ID's, tickets, etc. It is a safety feature in case the lanyard gets stuck in something, like say a lap bar on the ride. It breaks off on purpose to prevent choking.

So I take photos of tickets as soon as I can, so if there are issues, I can tell someone what the actual "serial number" of the tickets are to make it easier to replace.

Since I tend to be the "runner" for FP's, I end up with the group's tickets, and I keep them in my wallet, in one of the easier pockets to access. (Tickets are the same size as a credit card). This keeps them dry, and since I learned the trick of keeping my wallet in my front pocket to help prevent pickpockets, IMHO, they are fairly safe. And since Disney now requires your name of the person to be written on the ticket, no issue of confusing them up :)

I either keep my AP in my pocket or if I have a bag it's either in a plastic baggie or a small change purse with some other things. I probably wouldn't put a paper ticket in my pocket for more than a day. It's not a huge deal to reach in and grab the baggie or pouch as I'm approaching an FP machine or gate. Then the ticket and FP can go back in together and I pull the pouch out again when approaching the ride for the FP return.

I carry a small backpack and there is a zip poket in it I use to keep everyone's in, that way when we get fast passes they are all together. I have seen many of the dreaded fanny packs which I assume people are using for ticket storage:)

In the past I carried a small backpack and kept it in the little zipper pocket. I got so tired of taking it off and on every time I needed something that I now carry a cross body bag. It was the best decision ever! Everything is right at my fingertips, tickets and FPs are in their own pocket.

I bought a jacket last year from disney that had zippered pockets and it came in so handy! Otherwise I just use a Vera Bradley ID case.

I use a small metal bungee wallet. I have one for every day use and a separate one where I keep all my DL stuff (during my vacation that would be my AP, and Fastpasses, my DL and sometimes my USD Visa. I still have my second wallet in my bag but keep this one in an exterior pocket so it's easy to grab.

I wear a medium water-proof crossbody bag that has 3 outside zipper pockets where I keep everything organized. Since I carry everyone's passes and FPs and I'm a nervous nelly, I'll check periodically throughout the day to make sure I still have all the passes that I'm supposed to have.

I would be nervous to carry them in a wallet, because I would worry my credit cards/cash would fall out. Also a higher likelihood that I would accidentally leave my entire wallet somewhere.

I've got a waterproof badge case to hold all the important things like tickets, fastpass, photopass, ID, gift cards. I like the small size and the fact that it's waterproof gives me some piece of mind. My husband usually carries it in his pocket, but it also fits nicely in my small bag.

Vera Bradley Zip ID case in the clear window section. Perfect size for AP/hopper, ID, credit card and cash. I attach it to the key-leash on my Disney Dooney cross body. Easy to get to, just pull up the leash and get it (no fishing around in purse), no worries about accidentally dropping it as it goes right back in the case after scanning and is dropped back in my purse.

A zippered pocket in a small cross body bag. Not my wallet, as I don't want to take out my wallet every time I get a FP, etc. I don't want to risk losing it.

I wear a small backpack in the parks. It is big enough for our big camera, sun glasses case, epi pen, wallet and a few other things. Has a small zipper pocket that is against my back - that holds the tickets, FPs and room keys. It is small enough to easily fit on the rides (never had an issue), but big enough for the stuff we need in the parks. I've never had an issue with keeping everything straight, even on our last DLR trip when I was in charge of tickets and FPs for 10 people.

I have one of those card-sized wallets. It has a magnetic flap and I keep my ap, fp's, id, and gc's in it. I have it in a zippered pocket on my bag.
