Best Way to Get to HDDR from POR

When I made reservations they said to take the ferry from MK to Ft. Wilderness and then get on an internal bus to Pioneer Hall. My dd stayed at WL and took the ferry from there and never had to take an internal bus. Said it was a short walk. ??? Confused.

I am interested as well. I think it is a short walk from the boat dock. We went to HDDR year's ago when we had a car and had to park near the entrance and ride an internal bus.

you would have to walk past Pioneer Hall, HDDR, to get the internal bus. it is a short walk from ferry boat, no bus needed. if you would drive car to the Fort you need the bus from front parking lot. no car parking at HDDR

If you get to FW via ferry, then there is not taking a bus. As you walk away from the marina, Pioneer Hall will be a short walk Just to the right.
