Best way to get to Belz Outlet without rental car?

We are planning on staying at Pop Century from Jan 31- Feb 4 and aren't going to rent a car. There will be 3 of us- 2 adults and a 2 year old. The only place besides Disney that we want to go is Belz Outlet Mall. What would be the best way to get there? Are there any shuttles or any other public transportation that would pick us up at the resort and take us there? Thanks!

the Beltz Mall has changed its name to Prime

Go to Magic Kingdom Take boat to transportation center
walk out the exit and go to the left where the buses are
walk to Lynx Bus Stop 50 take the 50 bus to seaworld get off
then take Bus 8 to the Prime Mall cost 3.50 for a day pass
to get back just take the bus back in reverse order. Nothing to it
Bus drivers are friendly and will help you there are two discount
stores at Prime one in Prime 1 then you just walk out the front
door and cross to the other mall where the second one is.
