Best way to get from Swan/Dolphin to MK?

What is the best way to get from the S/D to the MK? Do the Swan buses come & go as often as WDW resort buses or am I better off taking the MK bus from the Beach Club?

The buses at the S/D run the same as the other resort buses. In fact, they share a route with the Boardwalk Inn/Villas. No need to go to another resort to get the MK bus.
