Best way to get from Epcot to HS?

If its 95 degrees out I'm not walking it,the boat it is.The bus is another option but remember it takes you to the front of Epcot.I can't wait for the gondolas to be built,hopefully they're quicker than the boat and taking a gondola over the BW area,Caribbean Beach and Pop sounds fun.

We walk it. The boat is going to stop at BW, YC/BC and Swan/Dolphin then HS and reverse from HS to Epcot. We have been known to hop on the bus at HS if it's at the dock when we get close and get off at either Swan/Dolphin or YC/BC and walk from there. You can get on or off at any of the stops.

Other posters here like to walk. I do not. I enjoy the boat ride, and I like to save my feet for walking in the park.

I agree with you on that! I prefer to take the boat....the only reason i walked from HS to Epcot was because the HS fireworks just finished and I was rushing to epcot to catch illuminations. Otherwise I wouldve taken the boat. Like you, i'd rather save my feet for walking in the parks. I always opt for boat/bus over walking. haha.

No kidding right? No flippin way im walking that distance in the heat!

OP, a 5 year old without a stroller? I wouldnt attempt that walk to be honest. But thats just me.

As far as timing it is probably all a wash. Front of the park the bus will probably take you 15 minutes after you board. Back of the park boat probably takes 15-20 minutes after you board. The wait for either is the wildcard. At least with the walk you know there's no waiting around, but walking a bit over a mile from park to park can be a chore, especially if it is hot out. I probably wouldn't walk in the middle of the day, and I've made the walk from YC to DHS a number of times, but if I got to the boat dock and there's no boat in sight I may start walking (I'm pretty impatient) and hop on a boat at YC or Swan/Dolphin if I see one arriving.
