Best way to get from AK to Epcot, World Showcase?

On our trip (Dec. 12-17) we have a morning planned at AK and then we are heading to Epcot for lunch. I am trying to figure out the best way to do this. I am not sure if there is a bus that goes dirrectly to Epcot, but we could take the bus there or to the TTA and take the monarail over. My other option would be to take the bus to either BC, YC, BWI, or Swan and Dolphin and take the boat to the World Show Case enctance since we are doing France or Le Cellier for lunch. Which option would be the best?

I would take a bus to the Beach Club and then just walk to the International Gateway entrance.

Where in EPCOT are you planning on lunch? There is a bus between AK and EPCOT. It drops you off in the front of EPCOT where the other WDW buses drop you off. If you have having lunch in WS then it may be easier to take BC bus. However, that bus is shared with multiple resorts so it may take you a little while.

I would just take the direct bus from the Animal Kingdom to Epcot.

Take a bus to Disney's Hollywood Studios. Walk from the bus stop to the boat dock and take the boat to Epcot which lets you off at the International Gateway at World Showcase.

IMHO the walk from the BC to France or LeCellier at EPCOT is a little shorter than from the bus stop at EPCOT, and would take less time than going to DHS and boating to EPCOT.
Plan at least an hour to make the trip.

Why would that be better than taking the direct bus from AK to Epcot?

If they're going to have lunch in Canada or France in WS,take the bus from AK to the Beach Club or the Boardwalk and walk over,it's the simplest way to get to that area in WS.If you take a bus from AK to EPCOT you have to deal with the bigger crowds going into the park as well as it being a bit further.The BC or Boardwalk bus will let you off in a nice calm resort,then you have a nice 5-10 minute walk over to the IG and BAM!! you're there.The bus from AK to EPCOT would be my second option and the bus from AK to DHS third.The only reason I would take a bus to DHS is if I wanted to take in the boat ride,it's a nice ride from DHS to EPCOT but it's also very slow.
