Best way to book?

After looking around, it seems like there are a hundred different ways to book a Disney trip! It all seems a little overwhelming. What do those of you with experience recommend? Online? Agent? Full-service? Do it yourself?

Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks.

A travel agent that knows Disney. This excludes a lot of TA's claiming to know Disney. Our local AAA knows very little, but they claim to be experts. We have used the Magic For Less travel and been thrilled with their services. Deb has made our room reservations under my AAA discount. She then switches it to AP discount when the codes are released. I don't have to do anything, no calls, no waiting on hold forever, etc. She made all my PS reservations, minus CRT. She sent tons of ideas for tours and made reservations for those. She arranged a Wishes cruise for my DH to surprise me with. He didn't have to anything except ask her to book it. She is just the best TA. We won't book another trip without her. She is working on our August trip and my solo trip in October. To get the best discounts and information you need a professional TA or you need to have a lot of time to spend online and on the phone making all your own arrangements and changes.

We used WDWVacations.com that we found on mousesaver.com last year. They are Disney specialists who continually look for discounts. They saved us around $800.00 last year. Also made our priority seatings for us. Saved money, time, and aggravation by using them. We will never again try to do it ourselves when they can do it better and for FREE!
