Best way to book a DVC room??

Hi all!

Thanks for the imput on the VWL...

I'm thinking this is the place I'd like to stay for my honeymoon.

I was wondering if any of you had advice for the best way to do this.

I'm not a member of DVC, so I don't have points.

Suggestions?

I'd appreciate any and all input.

You can check with CRO and see if there is availability for your dates.

Or you could visit our DVC Rent/Trade Board and post a request to rent a reservation there.

Lastly, you could purchase DVC and enjoy VWL every year! We always try to convert, lol.

if you want daily mousekeeping, get a room through CRO. a rental will alternate between trash and towel service and full cleaning every 4 days or so.

if you rent, you will probably need to set things up 10-11 months in advance to get a small resort like VWL. you may or may not have an option to cancel the rental. CRO availability is a little more unpredictable, but cancellation options are more flexible, if plans change.

you will also need to accept that you will have no control over the reservation and little means of verifying it if you rent. if that makes you really nervous (even though instances of fraud have been very rare), you may be better off paying a little more to deal with disney directly rather than renting from an individual.
