Best way Poly to MK?

I remember reading somewhere that going to the MK from the Poly that one way you should take the monorail and one way take the boat. I can't find the thread when I searched.

Is the boat better or the monorail or the boat/monorail from the TTC?

Boat to MK and monorail back. Boat goes MK to GF to Poly to MK.

From Poly you have four or five options.
1) From Poly dock, take a launch, holds about 25 people
2) A quick walk to the TTC, take a ferry, these are huge, you will get on.
3) A quick walk to the TTC, take the resort monorail
4) A quick walk to the TTC, take the main monorail
5) Walk over the the Lobby Great Ceremonial House and take the resort monorail.

They all have pluses and minuses - try them all! While staying in Moorea, we found it more convenient to walk to TTC than to the lobby. This may have been because of all the construction around the pool. It may be different now.

Probably, but very close either way.

Even in Tokelau, I think TTC is still pretty close though Ceremonial House really isn't much of a walk from any of the buildings. We like to mix it up and did all but the express monorail on our last stay (it tends to be very crowded at end of night going to parking lot).

We found the ferry from the TTC to be the easiest and quickest way to the MK. The waits for the monorail seemed longer than for the Ferry and of course the monorail stops at the other MK resorts. We were in the Moorea Building.

We did enjoy taking the small boats back. Sometimes we got off at the GF and walked back to the Poly from there.

If staying in the DVC buildings then a short walk to the TTC and hop on either the Ferry if it's there or onto the Express monorail. The resort monorail is fine if your already at the great ceremonial house with 1 stop at GF before the MK. The little resort boats can take awhile and you have a bit of a walk to the dock from the DVC longhouses plus the potential wait for the boat.
