Best way from Riviera to Wilderness Lodge

My family of 6 will be staying at the Riviera in Jan 2020. We have an ADR for Story Book Dining at Artist Point.
Just looking for thoughts on the best way to get to Wilderness Lodge from the Riviera.
(I'm not entirely sure if I'm doing this right, first time asking a question, so forgive me if I screwed it up)

Are you looking for the best way? Or are you looking for the best way which is free?

The best way is to take an Uber XL, Lyft XL or Minnie Van. That gives you door to door service.

Cheapest way would be to take the bus from Riviera to Magic Kingdom, and then the bus from Magic Kingdom to Wilderness Lodge.

People will mention the boat from Magic Kingdom to Wilderness Lodge, but the buses run more frequently and the ride is shorter.

I would personally spend the money for an Uber/Minnie Van to avoid the two bus rides.. especially with a family of 6.

I'm looking at this too. We have a family of 8 going. with 2 needing boosters. So we'd need 2 uber/MV which will not be cheap.

I’d still do Uber. 2 cars would be about $12 each so $24. Totally worth the time you would save. We’ve done Uber multiple times- from Pop to CR, from GDT to UO. Not expensive with a regular car (not Mini van). Taking WDW transportation would probably take at least an hour if not more, Uber would be 15 minutes door to door.

If you go resort to resort using Disney transportation allow at least 90 minutes
