Probably. I was going to suggest it might be cheaper to rent a car but it looks like you'll have one.

We did Disneyland resort express and it was a simple, quick process that I highly recommend. I would actually recommend looking into getting the $99 family pass for round trip and getting your renal car in Anaheim...if that works...because the cars are much cheaper away from lax. Plus then you don't have to deal with driving in and out of there either. Just a thought!

There is an alamo/national car rental place in DTD. The cars are actually parked in the lot between DLH and Paradise Pier Hotel. The office is on the back side of DTD. They do have a family pass for the Disneyland shuttle, but check to see if it is running when you need to leave for your flights. The shuttle also picks up on the hour(unless their times have changed). The last time I went to DL, I used supershuttle because I needed to leave for LAX at 4am to catch an early flight and the disneyland shuttle didn't run that early.

We've used the Disneyland Express twice and found it really easy. We've also rented a car from LAX and that took some time. You have to wait for the car rental shuttle and they then drive you offsite to their rental office. Out of the two options, I would do the DL Express again.....much simpler. If you need a car, you can always rent from the DTD Alamo as others have mentioned.

We rented ours from Avis on Katella and they came and got us in a van and brought us to the rental car place then when we were done with the van my husband drove it back to Avis and they brought him back to DLH where we picked up the Disneyland Resort Express and I swear we were back at LAX in 40 minutes. It was such a stress-free way to handle it (for us). But I also have three kids and know from experience the simpler the project the better ;)

Plus staying at DLH you are the first stop to be dropped off and the last to be picked up on the way to LAX.

Could you post that link? I heard about the express you're talking about, but when I looked at Transportation on the DL website, this is all I found. A $99 family pass would be alot better for them!:thumbsup2
