Good morning!
I'm doing the marathon in January using the Galloway Run/Walk method, running for 5 minutes and walking for 1 minute. I can make my Garmin 205 beep every 5 minutes, but I can't figure out how to make it beep again after the minute of walking. Can anyone help? I'd be open to suggestions on other watches, too, if there's one that you love.
TIA!:goodvibes

Here are the instructions from the Garmin 205 manual. Even I can do it, so I know you can!

Press Mode to access the Main menu, then select Training.
Select Workouts > Interval.
Select Time > Rest time.
Set the time you want in each area (time /rest time) like 5 minutes in time and 1 minute in rest time would be a 5/1 run/walk interval.
Set the number of repetitions (this is the hardest part for me -- I usually enter some ridiculously high number). This makes it repeat the beeping over and over.

Voila!

It should beep now when it is time for you to "rest" (walk) and time for you to start running again.
