Best viewing for both Spectro and Wishes?

Our upcoming trip will be a short one and our only chance to see Spectro and Wishes will be the same night. We LOVE both of these shows! Please give me your ideas - what is the best place for viewing both Spectro and Wishes!

i think the best spot to see both shows is on Main Street U.S.A. try to get a curb seat very early. if spectromagic starts at 8, try to get a curb seat around 6:15 or so. you can sit and relax as you wait for spectromagic. it's beautiful watching spectromagic from the curb. after the parade is over, you can easily see Wishes from your spot. to get a spot specifically, make sure you're on the street and have the castle in full view. if you're in the circle, where tony's town square is, you'll see spectro but the crowd will move fast to see Wishes. just try to get a curb seat for both shows and you'll enjoy them without moving much at all. i hope this helps.

i think the best place is closer to the castle i was where there was a sports store a got good seats but try to get seats under one of those tiny roofs near stores and case it rains and you feel the air condition from the store

We like to watch Spectro in Frontierland. It doesnt seem to fill up as fast as Main Street. We sit near the Liberty Tree Tavern. After SPectro, we walk over to Main Street and stand in front of the castle. Of course the sidewalks will be mobbed, so we just stand right there on the street where it makes a circle. Standing in front of the castle is best!! The effects of some of the fireworks is best there , esp. the ones that go back and forth over the castle.

I find the second floor of the Main Street Train Station to be the best place to see both. I'd get there pretty early and you may be able to get a chair. Try to sit as close to the railing as possible, then try to get as close to the middle as you can. This way you'll have a straight shot view down Main Street and be looking straight at the Castle. The other bonus to sitting up there is after everything is done, you just walk down the stairs and out the gates. No fighting the crowds down Main Street.
