Best viewing area for Fantasmic with dining pkg?

It doesn't look like the premium package is available, so which restaurant gives you access to the best viewing area for Fantasmic?

Any of the regular dining packages will have a better view than the premium package. The difference is that, with the premium package, you are seated on a chair and, for the regular packages, you are seated on the ground. Of the three dining packages, Cafe Orleans is in the center. River Belle is on one side of Cafe Orleans seating, and Rancho del Zocalo is on the other side.

Fantasmic dining package seating is first come, first served with respect to finding a seat. If you want to sit in front, next to the railing, you'll want to be lined up at Harbour Galley by 7:30 pm. They start walking guests to the seating area around 7:45 pm. Some love being front row. Others are bothered by the mist and the railing. If you don't care where you sit within dining package area, you can arrive after 8 pm.

Really, the view from all three sections are very good. If you are planning to arrive early, you can get a RdZ seat next to the Cafe Orleans seating area for half the price.
