Best Value Resort??

Has anyone ever stayed at Best Value Resort - it is on International Drive. I saw on Hotel Kingdom.com you can get a room for $40/night.

On this last trip I went to look at this resort.

It is not in a good section of town.

It is not in the tourist area - it is surrounded by warehouses.

although the resort looked fine.
