Best value hotel closest to the parks

Can anyone suggest the best value hotel to stay at that is close to parks. I'm looking at either the Holiday Inn direclty across the street, the Wingate on Windsor, or the Comfort Suites on Major.

Holiday Inn gets lots of praise. It has been newly updated.

Now it has been about 5 years since I've posted on this board (under a different name and still "earning my ears"), but I am curious as to why this thread was moved to the Disney side of the forums. We're not planning a Disney trip this time. We are going to UO so that is why I posted in the Orlando Hotel section of the UO threads.

Not a huge deal, but doesn't really make sense.

We've read a lot of good reviews regarding the HI. That's where we are leaning towards.

We like the Clarion Inn on Palm Parkway. It is very clean and has many places to eat nearby.
