Best Universal Restaurants?

We just booked our first trip to Universal over Spring Break. We will be there for 4 nights and wanted to get some tips for restaurants, so we can make some reservations. I guess I have heard that Mythos and Tchoup Chop are good. Any other recommendations? We will be there for 4 nights.

There is a sticky on the main Universal board with all the Universal menus and people's recommendations. At the hotels, we like Sal's and the Bula Bar. At the parks we like Mythos and the Boulangerie.
