What TS Restaurant is the best use of your TS credit for the Dining Plan. I don't really have any limitations as it will just be what fits best with our plans in the end, but I want to hear everyone's suggestions.

Tusker House - We often repeat this place for breakfast (character buffet).
50's Prime Time Cafe - The only place that we go to on every visit. It's nothing fancy. It's just home style food, but we just really like the food and you get enough to fill you up.
'Ohana - This is also a place where you will get your fill. Lots to eat and they just keep bringing the food.
Liberty tree Tavern - I am a fan of this place. If you get the Patriots Platter then you will have plenty plenty to eat.

When you mean best are you referring to dining experience and food or maximizing value for dining credit? If it’s the latter, the characters buffets like Royal Akershus and Chef Mickey’s are expensive 1 credit restaurants so you are maximizing your value.

Royal akershus for breakfast is really good food and value for ddp. I can’t speak for dinner.
Tusker house for dinner. I really enjoyed their meat choices.
Ohana- I like there food and it’s a good value for ddp
Crystal palace- we had dinner there twice and I think for a buffet their food was good and mostly fresh.
When we are on the DDP we mainly go for lunch or dinner because it’s a better value and did isn’t the biggest breakfast eater.
I would not recommend 1900 park fare unless you have a mega Cindy fan because the food is meh. We have done this dinner buffet twice and both times the food has been just okay. The characters are good.

Well our favorite is Ohana's lot of food and great atmosphere, you might want to look at Whispering Canyon Café at well its got an all you can eat skillet and the antics there are second to none. Several people have mentioned Tusker House (which is very good) but I would suggest going down the road a few miles and eat to Boma's. You may have noticed that my suggestions are all in the hotels. I truly believe that the hotels do a far superior job to anything in the parks.

I really like Yak & Yeti in AK. We also always do Tuskegee House every trip.

Any of the character meals.
Ohana
Morimoto’s at Disney Springs for lunch
Chefs de France.

Which dining plan? Assuming you mean the regular one, I suggest:
1. Rose and Crown
2. Turf Club
3. Chef's De France
4. The Wave
5. Garden Grill

Ha! My best use might not be yours! My favorite is Mexican so Ill always say San Angel Inn. I will never say any seafood restaurant. I also love Les Chefs de France, Grand Floridan Cafe for lunch, Konas for breakfast, For characters, I like Crystal Palace and 1900 Park Fare (Ive only had breakfast at those places). Bomas has a great buffet breakfast if you like buffets. I personally dont, but will deal with it for characters :) The Plaza is great for a light meal on a hot day! BOG for lunch if youve never been. Food is OK, the seeing the castle is AMAZING is your a B&B fan. Sci Fi is different too. Good food and an atmophere/theme you cant find outside of Disney, which is what I prefer. Why vacation is you can do the same stuff at home??

Too many choices!
