We have done Tusker House for breakfast before and would like to do something else besides breakfast at AK so I'm wondering what are the best QS and TS restaurants there?

Yak & Yeti (TS) is fun. Food is pretty good and the atmosphere is fun. We ate there during the parade one year. They placed us upstairs by the windows and we were able to catch most of the parade from our seats. Service was really good too.

CS- Flame Tree BBQ is a favorite. Great outdoor seating (when you can find a table).
Y&Y also has counter service.

For CS we always eat at Flame Tree. We sometimes go to rainforest Cafe. The food is good and the atmosphere is pretty neat.

For the TS, my vote is for Yak & Yeti. There is a good variety of items to choose from. I do also like Rainforest Cafe, but there is one close to home for me, so we tend to forgo it at AK.

For QS, I also vote for Flame Tree. Lots of yummy options and the decor is fun to look at.

QS: Flame Tree BBQ.
TS: We are not thrilled with any of the options so we don't eat TS while at AK. On our upcoming trip we are planning to head to Boma at AKL.

easy choices here:

TS = Yak & Yeti... the fried wontons are the best dessert in all of Disney
QS = Flame Tree BBQ... it wouldn't be a trip to Disney without eating there at least once

Best QS is hands down Flame Tree. It was our best QS during our entire stay last time, and we are looking forward to it again!

While we also like Flame Tree, we have recently enjoyed CS at Restaurantosaurus (kids love their meal served in sand buckets) and Pizzafari (rooms are so colorful), typical pizza but a nice environment.
We also pass on using a TS at AK unless we do Tusker House breakfast as you already mentioned.

I second Flame Tree for quick service. They have a beautiful fresh fruit plate and also give the TiW discount. We aren't big fans of the Table service restaurants either and we have eaten at all of them.

For Counter Service Flame Tree Barbecue is OK, but there is no indoor seating so I don't go there that much. I recommend Restaurantosaurus or Pizzafari. Prefer those to Flame Tree BBQ.

For Table Service all of them are good, but Yak & Yeti is the best followed by Tusker House, and Rainforest Cafe is great as well, just I prefer TH and Y&Y.

You mentioned you did the TH for breakfast, but the TH is also very good for lunch/dinner and is always one of our favorites. The characters in the their jungle attire came around regularly for photo ops and there was a tremendous selection of food even for our family who seem to have a wide range of likes/dislikes. As others pointed out, Flame Tree is a great QS!

Danny K just reminded me about Rain Forest...depending on the age of the kids in your party, they sometimes like the atmosphere of the RF better than the characters at TH. Just be advised that if you sit next to the fish tank and one goes belly-up, it can sometimes cause an adverse reaction from any four-year-olds in your group!

For lunch we like Pizzafari. It's so nice to get out of the heat into air conditioning. Also, there are lots of rooms, so it doesn't seem crowded.

I enjoy the QS in asia. I have no idea what it is called, but it has a nice selection of asian dishes, excellent quality. I also love the egg rolls from the cart on the path from asia to africa/parade route. Haven't eaten TS at AK but really enjoy the restaurants at AKL. Not too far away. Sanaa is my most recent favorite, definitely a hidden gem. And boma is great if you are not too familiar with Indian/African flavors. Sanaa is definitely more Indian food focused, and Jiko is more African, but similar flavors do exist. Jiko is a signature restaurant and is always great, but only open for dinner.

Tusker House for lunch/dinner is our favourite TS.
Yak n Yeti is our favourite counter service.
