My DH and I just got back last month and we are a young (well if you consider in our 30's young 
) without children and we loved Coral Reef (1 TS) and Yachtsman Steakhouse (2 TS). My DH is a huge steak fan and he actually preferred the steak at Coral Reef better than Yachtsman. We also really enjoyed O'Hana's. My DH is somewhat of a picky eater (he only likes italian, chinese, steak or shrimp) so I looked over all the menus hoping to find restaurants that we would both like. Allearsnet is the best place to look for menus. Next time we go, we are hoping to try Le Cellier as I hear it is supposed to be very good. We also did a couple of character meals and we had a great time at those too. My DH was a really good sport since I'm the one who made all the ADR's
