Best TS for "brunch" around Epcot/HS

Ok, so I have two more ADRs to make, and am really debating this one! It is just DH and I, and we have a 2:50 ADR for Brown Derby (with Fantasmic package), but I'm not sure what to eat earlier in day. We will be going to Epcot before HS. We are staying at AKL, and will be using disney buses, but I've not against the idea of taking a cab if it makes getting somewhere easier.

What would be your choice for breakfast in this area? Thanks!

I don't think you are going to find brunch at WDW. You probably need an earlier breakfast or counter service if you are eating dinner at 2:50.

Kouzzina has really delicious breakfast items. Worth a look.

Captain's Grille at the Yacht Club would also be a nice option imo, they have a good selection of light and more substantial breakfast items. I don't know if they still do it but I had a fab Captain's Omelette (open faced Lobster omelette) last October which was delicious!

I'll third Kouzzina. They do a wonderful breakfast.

Definitely Kouzzina at the Boardwalk! and what's even better is that you can walk from Epcot and can also walk to DHS from there!
