Best Trip Planning Service?

I'm a huge planner but figuring out the logistics of how long to go for, how many days to devote to each park at WDW and now also trying to figure out squeezing in Harry Potter @ Universal is giving me a headache... can anyone recommend a planning service where I can get some direction based on our family interests (not sure if that's the right word?) I know roughly when we want to go and a vague idea of how long to go for and that we want to stay at a value resort (probably ASMo) getting boarding passes for ROTR isn't a priority... etc
