Best travel plan....

What is the best Disney transportation plan if we are leaving from PoR, going to Ohana for breakfast, and heading to Animal Kingdom after that for the rest of the day?

Oh my gracious, that is a lot of travel time! We used to spend lots of time on Disney busses traveling to ADRs when we first started going to WDW, but now we plan our ADRs around our park plans instead of the other way around. You could do Tusker House for breakfast instead, which is inside AK, and cut out as much as an hour of back and forth.

If your plan suits you better, I certainly understand. Take a bus from PoR to the MK, transfer to the monorail to get to the Poly. I would allow 45 minutes or more for this leg. After breakfast, take another bus from the Poly to AK. I would allow at least 30 minutes for this leg of the trip.

I agree with crabbygal902. That's a lot of traveling just to eat breakfast. Have you considered doing this on an MK day? Or, as crabbygal902, suggested, doing Tusker House this day instead?

If not, yes, bus to MK, boat or monorail to Poly, bus from Poly to AK. Just a note, it once took us 90 minutes to get from BC to MK to CR for an ADR. After that experience, we now take cabs if we are going from resort to resort. You may want to consider uber from POR to Poly. It would be much quicker.
