I know people have posted here the type of paper they use for tshirt transfers. I made two tshirts over the weekend, and while I LOVE the way they came out, the next day, when I touched the design, it just felt like paper and I am afraid they will not last. I purchased the transfer paper at Michaels.

These are for two of my friends that are going on a cruise with us in Novmeber. There will be about 10 of us total and I am going to make shirts for everyone and I really want to make sure they come out nice.

So, what type of paper does everyone like the best - that lasts. They will be put on navy tshirts.

Thanks,
Linda

Thanks, I kind of remember the name Amy - but have no idea where her site is.

Anyone here have a link?

If you have not already found me, pm me with your email address and I would be glad to send you the link to my webpage (where you can find all of the information you need about the transfers).

Another shout out to Amy for the transfers she sells. I made 2 shirts for each of my kids for their first trip to WDW in December. I was hesitant to dry them in the dryer but did and they still look great. You can also do a google search for 'amy's iron on transfers' to find her.

I can't say enough good things about Amy's transfers! I've made several shirts and have been so happy. I made my own t-shirt for an 80's themed party a couple weeks ago and several people asked me where I bought it. They couldn't believe that it was made with an iron-on transfer because it looks and feels like a screen-print. I've washed and re-worn it a couple of times and it still looks perfect. I wish I had stocked up, I'll have to place a bigger order to start getting ready for our trip this fall ;)

Hi, you may have noticed my post further down complaining of having ruined a t-shirt with a poor quality transfer. I sympathize!

Another vote here for Amy's... I'll never use another again. I keep them in stock just incase I need one (i.e., DD needed a 9/11 shirt one year spur of the moment)
