Best tip for saving on grocery $$

I only shop sales and a few store brands at my local Wegmans.
I buy meat at a meat market where it's at least 20% cheaper than Wegmans.
I buy cleaning and paper supplies at Walmart or Target when they have stock up sales.
I buy some things at Aldi's-fruit out of season-fresh flowers-
Produce in season at farmer markets.
We kicked the soda habit and only drink brewed ice and hot tea and water.

Now if I could only lower my cable/phone/internet bill!!

Couponmom.com is another site that coordinates local sales circulars with coupons.

Our local grocery stores offers BOGO items fairly often. I like to stock up during these sales.
